The Essence of Clarity. Five Effective Ways
The Essence of Clarity. Five Effective Ways
Clarity is one of most crucial primary keys to success. Because without a high sense of clarity, no matter how efficient you might be, you could be doing it all wrong. I’ll stumble upon five effective methods for a better Vision of Clarity.
1. Be clear on your goals
Clear goals and objectives are essential to the success of any aspect of our lives. Starting from hanging out with friends to the utmost intimate relationships down to your career/job/business.
If you don’t take the time to get really clear about exactly what it is you’re trying to accomplish, then you’re forever doomed to spend your life achieving meaningless goals . Because so many people think that “if” only I had some money, I’d be happy. If only I had a bigger/better whatsoever something, I’ll be happy. And unfortunately, for most them, after years and decades in whatever they thought they sought, they are ultimately shocked that they have actually achieved nothing!.
Countless people earn the highest degrees and own the most expensive castles and wear the best brand clothing. Yet if you encounter their inner-selves you will understand the emptiness that’s caused by the clarity. None of those people truly took some quality time out to figure what is going to be feel and be like “after” they have achieved what they thought was the best for them.
2. Be detailed
Be as detailed as possible when you are setting goals. Give very specific numbers, dates, and deadlines. Because the positive pressure deadlines apply on you is considered one of the many effective methods of boosting one’s productivity and thus getting things done. Define your goals as if you already know what’s going to happen. It’s been said that the best way to predict the future is to create it. And can easily be done with the next .
3. Write, write, and write more
We may have talked about being clear and about being detailed. But, however the only way to be actually committed to doing something “anything” is writing it down paper, in your iphone, your computer. Doesn’t matter, most importantly, if you ever want to be committed to a certain goal write it down somewhere easily approached daily by you. Keeping a Journal is important, and I’ll write down about Journalizing later on. Goals must be written in the form of positive, present-tense, personal affirmations. A goal that is not committed to writing is just a fantasy.
Another very significant method that should be applied when “writing” down those positive goals. Is making them rely on the Power of Now. The Power of Present-tense. The Power of Consciousness. If you want to be in a good shape by the end of year, say I’m in a good. Because if you use any of the following “destructive” helping verbs, you are then simply deceiving yourself subconsciously, by saying to yourself. “Ok, listen man, I’m not in a good shape. But I should do my best to be in a good shape”. Avoid wishy-washy words like “probably,” “should,” “could,” “would,” “might,” or “may” when forming your goals.
4. Realism
People could criticize me all they want for using the forbidden C-Word, in a Personal Development Blog. However, You cannot, achieve every goal that exists in the world. People could be equally gifted as a lot of ancient beliefs say. But none of them is perfect nor equally capable of achieving the same goals. The reasons differ from each situation to another. For a lot of people of it is the timing. Say for instance, a 75 year-old man, decided to be the strongest man in the world with Guinness’ approval. Now that’s an impossible dream for several reasons, the very two obvious ones are : Timing, Physical transforming capability. However, he IS most likely to be so much stronger than he would’ve been, had he not set this goal and committed to it. And on the other hand if he had started following this goal 55 years earlier, there was a high probability of succeeding. Your reality will not match your vision exactly. That’s not the point. The point is for your vision to allow you to make clear daily decisions that keep you moving in the direction of your goals. I once read you should end each day by crossing it off your calendar and saying out loud, “There goes another day of my life, never to return again.” Try this for yourself, and notice how much it sharpens your focus.
5. Begin with the end in your mind
One of the sufficient ways to practice this method, is by visualizing the following :
Imagine yourself driving to a funeral, you walk into the house of the deceased to only find that you are the one who died. Imagine yourself sitting there observing those lost friends whom you thought have forgotten about you. & those very close relatives & families & friends honoring your death by attending your funeral & praying for you. Imagine with me at that very moment, four different groups have gathered to give a brief speech of how much you meant to them & what kind of a person you once were.
Now think deeply. What would you like each one of these speakers to say about you & your life. What kind of a spouse you were? What kind of a friend you were? What student/co-worker/boss/father/son you were…?
After visualizing that scene. I want you to stumble upon each aspect of your life. Even the tiny little day to day activities or duties. And then create a formula based on the result of your throughout analysis.
By keeping that end clearly in mind, you can make certain that whatever you do on any particular day does not violate the criteria you have defined as supremely important, and that each day of your life contributes in a meaningful way to the vision you have of your life as a whole .
Just think with me for a minute. How different our lives are when we have a clear vision of what we really know that’s deeply important to us, keeping that picture in mind, we manage ourselves each day to be and to do what really matters most. If we are simply sinking or eve swimming to the opposite side of what we truly want, then every single step that we take is another mistakes that leads us to the wrong place faster. We may be very busy, we may be very efficient. But we will also be truly effective only when we begin to see the place we are willing to arrive at, before we even buy the tickets.
paradigm-shift
Paradigm Shift :
The precise definition of paradigm shift is “A radical change in thinking from an accepted point of view to a new one” OR “A complete change in thinking or belief systems that allows the creation of a new condition previously thought impossible or unacceptable”.
For example, you may look at a father of three or four children without any sense of responsibility. He might be staring at nothing whilst his children are messing around. You go “& you are 100% absolutely positive, there’s definitely no excuse whatsoever for his irresponsibility.” & encounter him & give him a piece of your mind. The answer, however, strikes at you that his wife just passed away & he just got off the phone.. Now at the very moment, your entire being will be shook to its core for just how cruel your misjudgement was ..
